I had to get my copy from Whitehorse Manningham Libraries, Warrandyte as the Yarra Plenty Regional Library (Eltham) do not have it. My local library is sadly much too political left for my liking.

Vax-Unvax is a controversial book given the politics behind the Covid-19 vaccination program, which for many was promised to be voluntary, but was forced upon them. In theory it was voluntary, but you had to contend with not being able to go out to anything, including Bunnings to buy hardware to fix your house.

Despite Scott Morrison, the Australian Prime Minister, promising that the Covid-19 vaccine would never be compulsory, for many federal roles, including the military, the unvaccinated were not permitted to serve. As a result people under 40 years old were vaccinated for little gain for all and much to lose for some.

Growth of Vaccination

The book starts with various references to give add to its credibility, and then goes on to point out how much vaccination of children has grown. In 1962 children got about three vaccine doses and in 2023 it was a staggering 73.

Many vaccinations contain Thimerosal, which is used to prevent bacteria forming. Thimerosal contains mercury, which is a known toxin to the human brain. There is a possible link between vaccinations and autism as they have both increased at the same time, but it could be due to confounding factors.

Vaccines are not tested as much as they used to be and should be.

In the book are many statistics, mainly in graphical form. The statistics behind the graphs are explained very clearly, and whether they are statistically significant, that it is unlikely the difference is due to chance alone.

Typical of the graphs is shown below, this one comparing vaccinated and non-vaccinated children showing how detrimental to health being vaccinated is, including Autism.

There is some discussion about the enormous money behind the drug (and vaccination) industry, and it would not be surprising to find a vested interest in getting more people vaccinated. I suspect this same phenomenon to be behind the push for transgenderism and the large amount of drugs required to change someone’s “gender”.

Conclusion

While the link between vaccinations and various disorders, including autism, is interesting, it would be good to see more research on the issue. The author points out that more research is needed, but it’s unlikely to happen given the political environment and industry bias. The book is a bit of a dry read, and it gets somewhat repetitive, but it’s wise to be informed.
