Echuca, Swan Hill and Mildura
When the Covid-19 lockdowns eased we took the opportunity to make a quick trip to the north west of Victoria, crossing into NSW briefly for meals and some tourist attractions.
Since getting together we have done a number of vacations around Australia and one overseas trip. Having children brought a new use for the Inverloch holiday house, cheap enjoyable family breaks.
Since this was sold in 2013 we have begun to do trips elsewhere. And the family growing up gives us the freedom we had before children. More adventures to come!

A short break in the new car. Visiting some of the scenic views in the Grampians plus a visit to a surprisingly good zoo.
A vacation to take in the fine sights of the Great Ocean Road, plus a few days to show the boys South Australia.
After the Inverloch holiday house was sold we lost easy access to our Christmas and summer holiday destination.
Taking the car on the ferry was a wonderful new experience, and enjoying driving around Tasmania in our own car.
Canberra and places en-route, September-2012 Our first holiday interstate together as a family. Visiting Junee, Canberra, Thirlmere, Mittagong, NSW South Coast, Buchan Caves, Lakes Entrance and Inverloch.
Our first and last trip with only one child Kyle! We visited Ballarat, Bendigo and Echuca along the way ending up at the opening ceremony of Crane’s Bridge in Mathoura.
We now have a house and a baby on the way, so it was time to travel before being tied down for years. The trip almost got cancelled but I got talked into going by Hannelore, my penfriend.
A tour of the beautiful Snowy Mountains, staying at Jindabyne and Mallacoota on the way home.
A vacation to visit some friends rarely seen and to see some of the sights we’ve never seen, like Fraser Island.
