Walk Description

From the Eltham Environs Walking Group, walk 7E

Commences at car park off east end of Separation St, Alphington. One approach to reach this car park is from Upper Heidelberg Rd: turn right into Banksia St, left into Oriel Rd at the roundabout, right into Darebin Rd (Livingstone St), left into Grange Rd, then left into Separation St. Drive to the end and turn left onto a blue stone path and car park. Park near the toilets.

Walk 400m to Smith St, over footbridge into Abercorn Ave. Turn right into Della Torre Cr, and right along Kenilworth Pde for 150m. Follow path into Nellie Ibbott Park (on left) for 2 km to Banksia St. Turn left into Banksia St for 500m, cross Oriel Rd, and walk 500m, crossing Liberty Pde, to rejoin the Darebin Creek path. Cross creek, and return to cars along path on the West bank.
