Port Albert
A visit to Port Albert and sights along the way, including the Tora wind farm and the nearby Agnes Falls. Agnes Falls are beautiful and impressive. Well worth a visit.

The Wattle Festival at Hurstbridge, featuring a large market, a steam train to ride and vintage cars to inspect.
A walk from the Eltham Environs Walking Group.
A short visit to Korumburra’s Coal Creek historical park. It’s now free, but quite a few exhibits have disappeared including the saw mill; a part of the park I loved.
Catch 22 was one the strangest books I have read. The first chapter seems normal with a number of laughs.
I read this book with my son Kyle and we both loved it. I have seen both films based on the book, and it is interesting to compare how each of them has stuck to the original.
A brilliant read on how the Fawlty Towers series was developed.
Another good read from Daphne Du Maurier. I didn’t enjoy this as much as Jamacia Inn as it was set in a more recent period than her other work.
Times when Eltham flooded. It’s happened twice since we moved here in 1990. And twice the pedestrian bridge near Bridge Road was washed away.
Visiting Mum and Dad in Ballarat, taking the train this time.
